Culture Connects: Intercultural Skills Training for Employers is a series of three interactive sessions designed to enhance participants’ ability to work effectively, respectfully, and confidently with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
This weekly learning experience takes place every Thursday over three weeks, with three-hour, in-person afternoon sessions. Through practical learning and meaningful discussion, participants will build cultural awareness, strengthen communication skills, and develop the tools to navigate cultural differences and foster more inclusive, collaborative workplaces.
Delivered in partnership with the New Brunswick Multicultural Council (NBMC), Intercultural Skills Training supports employers across the region in strengthening multicultural collaboration, encouraging innovation, and building workplaces where diverse perspectives can thrive.
