Four Conversations. One Shared Future.

What will it take for our region to grow, compete and make an impact beyond our borders?

Real growth happens when the right pieces come together.

As global competition shifts, the region's success depends on how well our businesses, people, policies and places work together.

Ignite Summit 2026 brings the right people into the room to tackle the questions shaping our economic future. Business leaders, industry experts, community builders and policymakers will come together to explore how we can strengthen regional competitiveness, unlock growth and build a more resilient, future-ready economy.

Through four interconnected conversations, we'll explore the people, policies, places and ideas driving growth across the region — and what needs to happen next.

Come for the ideas. Leave with new connections, new perspectives and new possibilities.

Whether you're building a business, leading a team, shaping policy, developing talent or working to strengthen your community, there's a conversation here for you.

Choose the conversation that sparks your curiosity, challenges your thinking or connects to the work you do — then come ready to explore what's possible.
