CLB Language Level 5 of higher

Soft skills such as time management, leadership development, self-confidence, goal setting, and intercultural communication
How to develop your communication and presentation skills
Personal development including the importance of mental health & wellness, building healthy boundaries, stress management, financial literacy, personal branding, and developing meaningful relationships in the community
The value of emotional intelligence and how it translates into increased leadership skills
The basics of starting a business and developing entrepreneurial skills such as social media & branding, marketing & communications
How to create a self-development plan that will help you identify your strengths and guide you towards your career/entrepreneurial path
How to define your career path and prepare for the workforce with workshops on LinkedIn, cover letters & resumes, interview skills, the power of negotiation, and how to find meaningful employment
Community building and the benefits of mentors, coaching and networking
