Built to Last is designed for business owners in the Capital Region who are beginning to think about what comes next, whether that's stepping back from day-to-day operations, exploring how an ownership transition might work for them, or understanding what a responsible wind down could look like. The program provides a structured, confidential, neutral, and low-pressure environment to explore options and begin building a plan, before decisions become urgent.
The program will run as a cohort of 6–8 business owners participating in five 90-minute in-person sessions, combining facilitated discussion, peer learning, regional case studies, and targeted expert input. Sessions are designed to be practical and low-pressure, with minimal work outside the room.
Sessions will take place on the following dates, 3PM – 4.30PM
· Session 1: Wednesday July 22
· Session 2: Wednesday July 29
· Session 3: Wednesday August 6
· Session 4: Wednesday August 13
· Session 5: Wednesday August 20
