The business product or service needs to be ready for the market and make revenue

Sean McCullum is the founder and CEO of Rat Dog Media, a marketing consultancy specializing in B2B marketing services, buyer research, and brand strategy. With more than ten years in the startup industry across marketing functions, Sean has held roles across marketing leadership and niche marketing functions.
He's helped B2B SMEs, Startups, E-Comms, and a Fortune 500 or two build and refine their strategies to identify and target the right buyers for faster deal closure and sustainable growth.
Alicia Phillips

Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada, Alicia has always been passionate about health and wellness. Her interests led her to study holistic nutrition, wellness, and yoga. As a serial entrepreneur, she is the CEO and Co-Founder of Educated Beards Inc., an all-natural and organic men’s grooming company based in Atlantic Canada. Alicia has channeled her passion for wellness into curating a line of organic grooming products that are effective, conscious, and safe for people of all ages, pets, and the environment.“Taking those first steps outside your comfort zone is the hardest, but I’ve never regretted taking that leap.” Without prior experience in this type of role, education has been key to her success.
She has completed several business programs, including the Summer Institute, the Management Accelerator with Planet Hatch, and sales accelerators with Atlantic Growth Solutions. She is currently enrolled in the Wallace McCain Executive Leaders program. These experiences have equipped her with the confidence and skills to lead her team and position Educated Beards as an internationally recognized brand at the forefront of conscious men’s grooming products.
Kevin Lebeouf

Kevin is definitely what we call a serial entrepreneur, with multiple rental properties, Co-founder of Educated Beards, a 100% natural and organic grooming product company, and 9 Bark Media a Full Funnel E-commerce Growth Agency.
He was born in Montreal which makes him bilingual. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces at 18 and completed a 14-year career as a Combat Engineer where he specialized in High-Risk Search. In 2018 Kevin was diagnosed with PTSD which led to a release from the CAF.
Kevin has a passion for e-commerce customer journey and automation with a major focus on retention. In 2022 Kevin was awarded Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year.
He has a 7-year-old boy named Arlo who is already becoming an entrepreneur due to both his parents being in that field.
For fun, Kevin is an amateur chef and likes to challenge himself by making exquisite food.
Cameron McNeil

Cam is a passionate and and data driven storyteller. His entrepreneurial journey started in 2016 while completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at UNB. As an active member of the start-up community on and off campus, he quickly and eagerly started his entrepreneurial training through Enactus, Venture for Canada, Propel ITC, and UNB's MBA Activator Program.
Shortly thereafter, Cam started in sales at C-Therm Technologies, where he quickly rose to manage sales across North America. Responsible for a multi-million dollar pipeline and deals valued at over $250k, Cam has extensive technical sales experience and knowledge.
Cam is now the owner of Par 94 Golf Inc, his own small business with 2 indoor golf facilities across Atlantic Canada. He is currently a CPGA golf professional, and works with several other brands to help them solve sales flow issues, get more customers and tell good stories.
